CEA-banned string hopper frames are being sold illegally – Athurugiriya.

We recently observed a large number of plastic string hopper frames being sold at Millennium Super Center (Multi Shop), near HNB Bank and Food City in Athurugiriya.

  • Yesterday, I visited the said supermarket and looked around for plastic string hopper frames but was unable to find any. I then spoke to an assistant, and he said their shop had recently been raided and all such items were taken out for legal action.
